As an Auto Parts Delivery Driver, every time I deliver parts I have to back the truck in at least once. This week I had a 10 hour day where I did 150+ deliveries. Repeating the motion to reverse a vehicle 150+ times a day is not good for your back. The worst part is; I’m allergic to all OTC pain killers except tylenol (which does practically nothing). I think I need to start seeing a chiropractor.
I’m only 22, but I feel very much like the above stock image right now

As someone who worked labor jobs for nine years, find other work if you feel like you’re breaking down. Don’t quit until you have another job though.

As an auto parts delivery driver who is dealing with neck and back pain as a result of the job (a car accident on the job), look for a better job :/

Can you reverse just using your mirrors?

try a lot of stretching before you start work.
if that fails , try the chiro
if that fails , then look for another job.

If you are turning your body around to see so you can back up, you are doing it wrong. You have mirrors for a reason. Imagine you are driving a delivery van without a back window. What do you think those guys do? Yep, mirrors.

How does looking at your mirrors hurt your back?
